Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in recruitment with a healthcare focus.
• Experience recruiting Doctors, Specialists, Registered Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and Healthcare Managers.
• Strong understanding of the South African healthcare system and staffing needs.
• Excellent sourcing skills and proficiency with recruitment technologies.
• Superb communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with office and remote work.
• Proactive approach and strong commitment to high-quality results.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance is a plus.
