Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Specialist - HRO in Recruitment Operations. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, coordinating with managers, and building a strong candidate pipeline in a hybrid work setting in South Africa.

The ideal candidate will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, schedule assessments, and help with offers and onboarding while ensuring legal compliance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Degree requirements include Bachelors in Commerce, Economics or Finance, and/or Masters in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Certifications listed: CCO - Vskills; PHR - Symbiosis Institute of Distance Learning; SHRM-SCP - SHRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate applications to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist in coordinating job offers and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and generate relevant reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
