Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of information security and data privacy in financial services.

• Ensure operational risk compliance across core banking and capital markets processes.
• Drive contractual compliance with MSAs and client-specific regulatory requirements.
• Conduct Information Security and Data Privacy risk assessments.
• Establish governance through regular status updates with Genpact leadership and client stakeholders.
• Lead and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings.
• Mentor Risk & Compliance managers to deliver on objectives.
• Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to drive execution and communicate progress.

Represent the function in discussions related to compliance, regulatory issues, and risk mitigation strategies. Manage and mentor a team of Risk & Compliance managers to deliver on vertical-specific risk and control objectives.
