Job summary

Dixie Recruitment is seeking a Stores Manager for a well-established automotive dealership in Durban, South Africa. You will oversee the spare parts and consumables operations, ensure stock accuracy, and lead a team to deliver high service levels to internal and external customers.

You will drive inventory control, streamline receiving, storage, issuing and dispatch, and collaborate with service teams to resolve parts-related issues, while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading stores teams in a technical or parts-driven environment.
• Strong stock management, accuracy and documentation background.
• Ability to coordinate with service teams and maintain SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stores processes: receiving, storage, issuing and dispatch.
• Lead and develop stores personnel; enforce SOPs and priorities.
• Provide high-level service to internal and external customers.
