Morgan Group in Upington seeks a Parts Manager to drive profitability in the Parts Department and meet manufacturer and dealership targets. The role requires strict control over inventory and active management of stock levels.

You will visit distributors and fleet operators to sell parts, supervise a team, and implement marketing strategies to boost sales while maintaining outstanding customer service and stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Minimum of 1 year managerial experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' parts experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Clear criminal record.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels daily to ensure relevant manufacturer stock levels are maintained.
• Manage cash outstanding on a daily basis.
• Manage and actively clear out aged stock.
• Conduct stock takes on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Ensure Parts Sales Target and Profitability are met.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies.
• Manage Team for High Performance Culture.
• To visit distributors, fleet owners, trade outlets and shops to sell parts and accessories.
• To ensure all exchange items are returned.
• To ensure company discount structure is properly applied.
• To care for company property and ensure economic use e.g. car/delivery van.
