Job summary

Craven Cottage CC in Mkuze, KwaZulu-Natal invites an experienced spa professional to lead our spa and wellness operations. The role focuses on delivering high-quality spa treatments, managing treatment menus, stock control and staff scheduling, while maintaining exceptional guest care.

You will develop guest relationships, lead group and private wellness sessions and collaborate with hotel management to weave wellness into stays.

Qualifications

• CIDESCO, CIBTAC or ITEC qualification required.
• Minimum 5 years spa experience, including 3 in a management role.
• Experience in revenue targets, menus, stock control, and staff training.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.
• Good product knowledge and recommending treatments/retail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional spa treatments in line with protocols and standards.
• Consult with guests before treatments and tailor experiences to individual needs.
• Develop relationships with hotel guests and local clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of treatment rooms and wellness areas.
• Lead wellness sessions and adapt for different ages and fitness levels.
• Promote spa and wellness experiences to boost bookings.
