You will greet guests, present spa packages and rates, tailor treatments, and upsell spa services and products. The ideal candidate has a Matric and a CIDESCO/SAAHSP/ITEC diploma with at least 3 years of spa experience.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• 2 years relevant National or International Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (CIDESCO, SAAHSP, ITEC, body and facial electricals).
• Minimum of 3 years practical experience in a professional beauty salon environment.
• Must be mature, responsible, passionate and target driven.
• Must be well-groomed to present the brand, neat and big on hygiene.
• Must be a Team player, reliable, energetic, goal driven and well-spoken.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome spa guests.
• Inform guests of spa packages, promotions, and rates.
• Customize treatments and therapies to suit guests' needs.
• Recommend additional spa services and up-sell spa products.
