You will implement service protocols, oversee marketing strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain excellent guest satisfaction. A spa management qualification and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in spa management or a senior supervisory role within hospitality or wellness.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on client experience.
• Experience in budgeting, revenue targets, and operational cost control.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and service protocols.
• Proficiency with spa management software and standard office tools.

• Oversee daily spa operations and ensure adherence to brand standards.
