Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Spa Manager to lead a premier spa in Upington, Northern Cape. You will oversee all spa operations, drive service excellence, manage budgets, and lead a dedicated wellness team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will develop marketing initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high standards of quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in spa or hospitality management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily spa operations across treatments, reception, and retail.
