The role requires 8+ years in spa management, a hospitality/business degree, strong leadership, budgeting, and client-relations expertise. You will shape service menus and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive spa management experience with proven success.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen (budgets, forecasting, P&L), and client relations.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all spa operations, including staff management and scheduling.
• Develop strategic plans to drive revenue and profitability.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team to maintain service excellence.
• Design spa menus and protocols aligned with market trends.
• Ensure exceptional client experiences from start to finish.
• Manage vendor contracts, inventory, and quality standards.
• Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
