Description:

The Spa Concierge will work at the Front Office Desk of the Establishment and will act as a point of reference for guests who need assistance or require information. The Concierge must be able to provide customized solutions to each Guest by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the Spa and will assist with the booking of points of interests within the vicinity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Hospitality Qualification or similar
• Previous Concierge experience
• Hands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Friendly, courteous and service-orientated
• Customer service driven with outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Knowledge of attractions, activities and the in the area as a whole
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
• Effective communication with members of staff as well as Guests of the Hotel
• Honest and trustworthy beyond approach

• Presentable/Professional appearance and well spoken
