Ideal candidates hold a valid Real Estate license with NQF4, have proven residential sales experience, and excel in communication and time management. Knowledge of Soweto market is a strong advantage in building client relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate Agent license and NQF 4 qualification.
• Experience in residential property sales or a strong drive to excel in sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of Soweto's residential market is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities
