Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential real estate investment opportunities in Soweto and surrounding areas.
• Conduct market research, including demographic analysis, competitor analysis, and property comparables.
