Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• 3–5 years in key account management or sales in FMCG retail.
• Proven track record in managing key retail accounts and driving sales growth.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail FMCG distribution.
• Forecasting, data analysis, and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to work extensively in Soweto, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key retail accounts as the primary contact.
• Develop and execute account plans to hit volume, value, and market share targets.
• Negotiate terms, promotions, and shelf space with retail partners.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to execute plans.
• Present sales forecasts and promotional plans to buyers.
• Identify opportunities for new product introductions and expanded distribution.
• Monitor inventory and stock flow to meet demand.
