You will manage project lifecycles, coordinate with municipal authorities and stakeholders, oversee construction teams, ensure safety and quality, and deliver high-impact infrastructure for the local community.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in planning, design, and delivery of roads, water, and sanitation.
• Strong project management and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Soweto or Gauteng urban regeneration is desirable.
• Proficiency in relevant project management and design software.
• Commitment to sustainable development and community upliftment.

Aufgaben

• Manage full lifecycle of civil infrastructure projects from feasibility to handover.
• Develop project plans, scope, budgets, and timelines for infrastructure development initiatives.
• Oversee design and engineering of roads, water reticulation, sewer networks, and storm water systems.
• Coordinate with municipal authorities and community stakeholders.
• Lead construction site teams ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and environmental standards.
