Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of catering event planning from initial client consult to post-event follow-up.
• Serve as primary client contact, understanding needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and kitchen team on menus and dietary requirements.
• Liaise with service staff to ensure smooth event execution and guest experience.
• Manage event timelines, vendor coordination, and logistical arrangements.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and detailed function sheets.
• Oversee on-site event setup and resolve issues during events.
• Ensure events meet company standards for quality, presentation, and safety.
• Maintain client records and event details in the CRM.
• Contribute to the development of event packages and service offerings.
