Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Supervise and lead catering staff during events, ensuring service standards and company policies are followed.
• Coordinate with kitchen team for timely and accurate food delivery.
• Oversee event setup, food stations, buffet arrangements and beverage service.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene regulations are met.
• Manage on-site event logistics and inventory of service items.
• Liaise with clients on-site to address needs and resolve issues.
• Train new staff on service protocols and company standards.
• Provide feedback to management on event success and areas for improvement.
• Oversee breakdown and cleanup after events.
