Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a supervisory role within catering/hospitality/events.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing events.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Understand health and safety protocols.

Responsibilities
