Qualifications

• Proven experience in a service management role within catering or hospitality.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct catering service staff during events, ensuring professional execution.
• Oversee event setup, including table arrangements, décor, and service stations.
• Ensure timely and efficient food and beverage service delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients on-site, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, presentation, and guest service.
• Conduct pre-event briefings with staff and post-event debriefings.
