Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Merchandising Manager based in Soweto, Gauteng, to lead online product presentation and sales strategy. You will plan and execute merchandising initiatives, manage assortments, and optimize visibility and content for a diverse catalog in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong e-commerce knowledge, and a proven ability to translate trends into effective merchandising tactics that drive sales and customer

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, online retail, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, UX, and CRO.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement online merchandising strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement.
• Manage product assortments and presentation across the e-commerce platform.
• Optimize product categorization, navigation, and search functionality.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including seasonal sales and category spotlights.
• Analyze sales data, website analytics, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure all product information, images, and pricing are accurate, up-to-date, and compelling.
• Collaborate with marketing, buying, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand presentation.
• Monitor competitor merchandising strategies and identify best practices.
• Manage product content creation and optimization, working with copywriters and designers.
• Report on key merchandising KPIs to senior management.
