Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Merchandising, or related field.
• 2–4 years in e-commerce merchandising or similar role.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Strong merchandising principles and online customer behavior understanding.
• Proficient in analyzing sales data with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings: descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
• Develop category page strategies to improve navigation and discoverability.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns: markdowns, bundles, offers.
• Analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
• Ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and compelling for customers.
• Create and maintain visual merchandising standards for the online store.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams on campaigns.
• Monitor competitor merchandising strategies and online product offerings.
