• Degree in Business Information Systems, IT, CS, or related field.
• Project Management qualification or certification.
• Proven experience leading software implementations and business applications.
• Strong project management experience.
• Experience leading technical or application support teams.
• Experience with business stakeholders and cross-functional project teams.
• Exposure to software deployment, support, and change management environments.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
• Knowledge of Transport Management Systems.
• SQL experience.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transport, or supply chain environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities and prioritisation of the Solutions Expert team.
• Coordinate demand planning and project delivery with internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of business applications and software solutions.
• Oversee application design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Lead go-live planning, deployment readiness reviews, and release management.
• Ensure system stability, continuity and issue resolution.
• Coordinate bug management and escalation processes.
• Gather and analyse business requirements to support system enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with project teams and vendors.
• Conduct training sessions and develop training materials.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and system enhancements.
• Manage relationships with vendors and third-party providers.
