Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems or related field.
• PM degree or formal PM qualification is advantageous.
• Proven experience leading software implementation and business projects.
• Experience mentoring teams in tech or business systems environments.
• Industry experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Transport management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team responsible for application implementation, support, and system optimisation.
• Drive project planning, demand management, prioritisation, and resource allocation.
• Oversee end-to-end software deployments including design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Manage system enhancements, bug resolution, and business continuity initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical and operational solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Develop and deliver user training and support documentation.
• Monitor system performance and maintain operational stability.
