Qualifications

• Degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Project Management qualification or certification.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and implementation practices.
• Experience leading teams and managing application delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of business systems and software implementation processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing software support, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities and priorities of the SOLEX team.
• Manage demand planning and resource allocation across projects.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies that align with departmental and business objectives.
• Provide guidance on project priorities, planning, and execution.
• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of business applications and reporting solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for software systems.
• Oversee pre-go-live and post-go-live planning activities.
• Lead deployment readiness assessments and Go/No-Go decision-making processes.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments where required.
• Ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Manage application enhancements, upgrades, bug resolution processes, and system evolution.
• Oversee communication regarding system changes, releases, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Ensure the stability and continuity of system integrations and interfaces.
• Liaise with vendors, external service providers, and third‑party stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide expert‑level support for business applications and related tools.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain support procedures and documentation.
• Ensure business continuity through effective monitoring and issue resolution.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements in collaboration with technical teams and vendors.
• Configure, test, and validate system enhancements.
