Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Registered with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP).
• Proven experience in case management, social work, or community services.
• Strong understanding of social welfare systems and available community resources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, circumstances, and eligibility for services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized case plans in collaboration with clients.
