Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or a related field.
• Registered with the relevant professional body (e.g., SACSSP) is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in case management or social support roles.
• Strong knowledge of social services, community resources, and referral pathways in Richards Bay.
• Excellent assessment, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and maintain professional boundaries.
