You will design strategies, facilitate workshops, monitor outcomes, and advocate for social justice. A tertiary qualification in social sciences or related field and solid stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Administration, or related field.
• Experience in community development, social work, or advocacy with inclusion focus.
• Understanding of social exclusion and its impacts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders including officials and NGOs.
• Strong project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to human rights, diversity and social justice.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in Gauteng (Benoni area).

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement programs to enhance social inclusion for diverse community groups.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify barriers to inclusion and participation.
• Develop partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and community leaders to advance inclusion initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, dialogues, and events to promote understanding and integration.

• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

• Liaise with service providers to ensure accessible and equitable service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to programs and participants.
• Champion diversity and equality in all aspects of work.
