Placements24 is seeking a certified Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) to design and implement workplace training programs in Kimberley. You will identify training needs, develop learning plans, and ensure alignment with SA skills frameworks.

The ideal candidate holds SETA accreditation, with at least 3 years in skills development and workplace training, and strong facilitation, report-writing, and advisory skills on SETA requirements.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and report-writing skills.
