Job summary

Green Marble Recruitment Consultants seeks an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to lead daily on-site activities, coordinate teams and ensure safety, quality and timelines. You will interpret drawings and liaise with clients, subcontractors and project managers to keep projects on track.

You will manage resources, material and labour, maintain records and report progress, while upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance on site.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in a similar environment.

• Manage and oversee daily construction site activities.

• Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications and timelines.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
