Job summary

Cre8work! is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site activities, coordinate crews and equipment, and ensure work is performed to schedule and project specifications.

You will monitor safety, quality, and environmental compliance, prepare daily site reports, and liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly. This role requires strong organizational skills and hands-on leadership to keep projects on track and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
• Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed according to schedule
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors
• Allocate tasks and supervise construction workers and equipment operators
• Monitor material deliveries, inventory, and equipment usage
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and delays promptly
• Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and progress documentation
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment
• Report project progress, risks, and incidents to management
