A leading client in the retail industry is seeking an experienced and Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of their retail site. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth running of store activities, managing a team, and driving exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in retail management, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail site, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail staff, ensuring high performance and strong customer service.
  • Manage inventory control, including stock levels, replenishment, and stocktake processes.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure store compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance store efficiency.
  • Control budgets and oversee financial operations, including sales, expenses, and profit margins.
  • Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.
Qualifications
