Groswin Global Recruitment in Cape Town is seeking a proactive operations assistant to manage quotations, invoices, credit notes and stock journals in Pastel, while supporting sales and responding to customer queries. You will oversee showroom stock, manage show collection logistics, track shipments and coordinate deliveries.

Close collaboration with logistics, warehousing and the sales team is essential to keep operations running smoothly.

Formación

• Experience with Backstock Management and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Pastel and Excel required.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process quotations, invoices, credit notes and stock journals in Pastel.
• Support sales by managing orders, back-orders and customer queries.
• Oversee stock movements, counts and variances to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage showroom stock, samples, collections, deliveries and proof of delivery.
