Job summary

Tailormade Solution is seeking an organized operations admin to support inventory management and client-facing activities in Roodepoort, South Africa. You will compile stock reports, coordinate distribution, and liaise with clients to resolve stock discrepancies, while ensuring timely feedback on queries via CRM and email.

You will also manage delivery bookings, generate reports, circulate minutes, and handle ad-hoc client requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing inventory levels by compiling dated stock reports and distribution stock levels, liaising with clients regarding discrepancies in stock.
• Manage, resolve and provide feedback on day-to-day customer and client care queries on time using CRM / email (collection, delivery and non-delivery issues).
• Liaise, co-ordinate and follow up on special customer deliveries.
• Generate, compile and distribute reports and distribution stats when required.
• Liaise with customers on distribution bookings, and create and circulate to relevant departments.
• Proactively identify areas where process efficiencies can be improved and provide solutions to reduce costs.
• Manage day to day adhoc requests from clients (including invoices, POD's).
• Attend, capture and circulate minutes at client and other meetings.
• Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly office routine.
• First point of contact with client and customer.
• Responsible for internal and external visibility across all reports.
• Responsible for the resolution of client and customer administration.
