Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail operations, stock control or supply chain.
• Experience in a multi-branch retail environment and with POS systems.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; strong inventory management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock takes across Coastal Showrooms and warehouses.
• Analyse stock variances, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and improve inventory management processes and controls.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and best practices.
• Oversee showroom sample approvals, documentation, and compliance.
• Produce operational, inventory, and compliance reports for management.
