Job summary

Where You'll Make an Impact

You will handle a variety of operational duties including processing quotations, invoices, credit notes, and stock journals using Pastel. Supporting sales through managing orders, back-orders, and customer queries will be key. You will oversee stock movements, counts, and variances, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficiency. Managing showroom samples and inventory, coordinating collections and deliveries, tracking shipments, and obtaining proof of delivery will be part of your daily routine.

Providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team are central to this role, along with assisting walk-in customers and maintaining the showroom’s presentation. You will manage petty cash, banking, and basic reports, and help coordinate trade shows, installations, and external events. Close collaboration with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams will be essential to ensure seamless operations.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have experience with Backstock Management, strong communication and teamwork skills, and excellent time management. Proficiency in Pastel, Excel, and basic administration is essential. Knowledge of logistics and customer service will set you apart, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice-to-Have Skills include familiarity with R and the ability to support various operational functions effectively.
