• Minimum 3 years in retail operations, stock control or supply chain.
• Experience in multi-branch retail environment and POS systems such as Syspro or SAGE.
• Strong data analysis and inventory control principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock takes across Coastal Showrooms and warehouses
• Analyse stock variances and implement corrective actions
• Monitor inventory management controls and processes
• Drive operational efficiency and standardise procedures
• Oversee showroom sample approvals and compliance
• Conduct operational audits and ensure policy adherence
• Manage monthly operation and compliance checklists
• Support showroom teams on inventory control procedures
• Maintain operating manuals and SOPs
• Develop strategies for discontinued and shop-soiled stock
• Monitor stock clearance initiatives and report outcomes
• Produce operational and compliance reports for management
