homechoice in Polokwane, a leading South African homeware retailer, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional showroom experience. You will actively engage customers, demonstrate products, analyze needs, and process orders to convert visits into sales.

The role focuses on frontline sales, service, administration, and adherence to standards, supporting the Store Supervisor and Showroom Manager to achieve sales and service outcomes.

Formación

• Grade 12 / Matric is the minimum education requirement.
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Customer-facing sales experience in a target-driven environment.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Convert showroom visits into sales through effective product demonstration and needs analysis.
• Deliver a positive, professional customer experience and guide customers through the full journey from selection to payment and after-sales processes.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, promotions and ensure accurate quoting per catalogue.
• Capture orders, process payments, refunds and credits accurately and timely.
• Support stock handling, store standards and visual merchandising on the showroom floor.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and cash handling requirements; escalate risks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve showroom targets and support campaigns.
