Job summary

Talent Evolution (Pty) Ltd in Klerksdorp is seeking a seasoned Retail Shopping Centre Manager to drive the centre’s performance. You will oversee daily operations, financial results, leasing, renewals, facilities and tenant relations while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

You will lead a team, manage budget processes, negotiate leases, coordinate installations, monitor service providers, and ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 – Essential.
• 3–5 years' relevant experience in property or shopping centre management.
• Proven retail shopping centre management experience.
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).
• Must satisfy the requirements prescribed by the PPRA and applicable legislation.
• Experience overseeing daily centre operations, staff supervision, leasing management and customer service within a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff to ensure effective operational performance.
• Manage leasing, renewals and tenant mix; oversee marketing plans and vacancies.
• Oversee building management, facilities and maintenance; coordinate tenant installations.
• Prepare management packs with Finance and attend management meetings.
• Monitor budgets, costs and rent collection; ensure compliance and reporting.
• Maintain tenant relationships and stakeholder engagement.
