Qualifications

• Grade 12 – essential for the role.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in property or shopping centre management.
• Proven retail shopping centre management experience.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing daily centre operations, staff supervision, leasing management and customer service within a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• People Management: lead, manage and develop staff; promote company values.
• Leasing, Tenant Mix & Renewals: monitor vacancies, negotiate leases, coordinate tenant installations.
• Property & Building Management: oversee day-to-day operations, facilities, maintenance and inspections.
• Financial Management, Budgeting & Cost Control: input into budgets, monitor income and costs, manage rent and expenses.
• Reporting & Administration: prepare management packs and ensure timely reporting.
