The role requires 3–5 years of retail centre management experience, a Fidelity Fund Certificate and PPRA compliance, plus strong tenant relations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in property/centre management.
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate and PPRA compliance.
• Proven retail centre management experience, including leasing, staff supervision and customer service.
• Ability to coordinate budgets, income and expense control.
• Proven track record in optimizing income streams and tenant mix.

Responsibilities

• People Management: training, development, and upholding company values.
• Marketing of space and renewals: vacancy management, lease negotiations, and broker communications.
• Administration: ensure documentation and installations are timely and accurate.
• Property Management: prepare management packs and coordinate meetings.
• Budgeting: contribute to income and expense budgets.
• Income monitoring: track rent collection and follow up on delinquencies.
