Job summary

Excellerate JHI in Potchefstroom is seeking a Centre Manager to optimize trading opportunities, oversee lease management and the building's financial performance through strong tenant relationships and effective operational control.

You will lead budgeting, building management, facilities maintenance and tenant installations, while supervising staff, coordinating service providers and maintaining cost control and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12; relevant experience in centre management.
• Fidelity Fund Certificate required with PPRA compliance.
• Retail shopping centre management experience including leasing, operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, building management, facilities maintenance and tenant installations.
• Oversee leasing negotiations, vacancy marketing and tenant profiling for optimal income.
• Manage staff performance, supervise service contractors and ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinate management meetings and reporting, ensuring accurate administration and cost control.
