Job summary

Celebrity Cruises seeks an Assistant Beverage Operations Manager to support day-to-day administration, cost control, inventory procedures, and operational oversight of the ship's beverage program. This role ensures execution of standards, USPH compliance, and inventory integrity.

The position administers CT Net Chef and InfoGenesis, generating COS, Daily Revenue, and Inventory Cycle Count reports, with on-the-spot coaching and financial auditing as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' progressive experience in F&B operations on ships or upscale venues.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of inventory control systems, cost analysis, financial controls, and administrative procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, inventory management systems, and POS systems.
• Working knowledge of USPH requirements and environmental safety standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict adherence to The Celebrity Way standards for safety, sanitation, and operations.
• Handle administrative functions including end-of-voyage reports and COS analysis.
• Manage beverage systems and inventory databases, and generate reports.
• Own Daily COS and Revenue Reports with timely submission.
• Conduct daily Beverage Package Audits and guest folio checks.
• Oversee C&R inventory, maintain par levels, and bi-monthly Cycle Counts.
• Investigate losses, spoilage, and discrepancies; report findings.
• Coordinate minibar spot checks with Housekeeping; manage customs declarations.
• Perform routine financial audits and inventory spot checks.
