Job summary

Crew Life at Sea seeks an Assistant Beverage Operations Manager to support day-to-day administration and cost control of the ship's beverage program. You will oversee inventory procedures, generate COS and revenue reports, and coach crew in inventory practices, all while upholding The Celebrity Way standards and safety regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, precise cost analysis, and proficiency with InfoGenesis and CT Net Chef, with shipboard experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years+ progressive experience in F&B operations, shipboard preferred.
• Bachelor's in hospitality management, business admin, or related field.
• Strong inventory control, cost analysis, and admin procedures.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and inventory/POS systems.
• Working knowledge of USPH and environmental safety standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
