Responsibilities

• Organize and execute F&B ship functions and events with Executive Chef.
• Plan consumption, ordering and inventories; prepare quarterly orders.
• Manage opening/closing routines and scheduling for all outlets.
• Lead, train and motivate the Restaurant Team to meet STAR Service Standards.
