Job summary

Vector Logistics Limited Roodepoort is seeking a Shift Warehouse Controller to oversee inbound, outbound and stock handling processes in a fully integrated warehouse environment. The role emphasizes compliance, safety, and efficient stock management within a multi-temperature operation.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, supervising staff, and ensuring timeliness of receipts, storage, and dispatches in line with ISO and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Valid Code EB drivers licence and forklift licence.

Responsibilities

• Control operational deliverables, and expectations, and coordinate progress with direct Line Manager.
• Approve and oversee the execution of all relevant warehouse documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements including ISO.
• Ensure that all products are received and stored timeously and in accordance with Group Policy.
• Provide direction to warehouse team on a daily basis including overseeing assignment of tasks and functions.
• Maintain team focus on business objectives to drive success.
• Monitor and resolve issues within and between operational teams within span of control.
