Responsibilities

• Drive and develop team culture on shift.
• Deliver KPIs and ensure client SLA targets are met.
• Ensure Health & Safety, quality, and compliance procedures are followed.
• Coordinate inbound, outbound, despatch, and inventory activities.
• Plan, schedule and report on daily activities and resource needs.
• Maintain accurate reporting on depot performance.
