Job summary

Staff Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, drive efficiency, and ensure accurate order fulfilment in the Eastern Cape. The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience with supervisory exposure and a tertiary qualification in logistics or a related field.

You will lead a team, enforce safety standards, and leverage WMS/ERP systems and advanced Excel to report on performance and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in logistics or related field is required.
• 3–5 years warehouse experience with 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff performance.
• Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards including FIFO.
• Drive process improvements and monitor KPIs.
• Utilise WMS/ERP systems for reporting and control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
