Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL Group's DHL Supply Chain South Africa is seeking a Supervisor to coordinate and support a busy operation, ensuring safety, quality and performance. You will lead the operational team, manage shifts and timekeeping, and drive adherence to SOPs.

The role requires matric, a logistics diploma, strong leadership, and experience in warehouse environments. You will monitor KPIs, support HR processes, and maintain a safe, efficient workplace while continuously improving processes.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade12 required.
• Diploma in Logistics / Warehouse Management / Supply Chain Management.
• Computer literate.
• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong literacy and numeracy.
• Good problem solver with attention to detail.
• Effective communication with team members and clients.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Logistics and warehouse experience.
• WMOS 2017 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation.
