Job summary

The role focuses on building and running test cases, contributing to ATF automation, and delivering timely feedback on quality across sprints and releases within a hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in a QA/Testing role within ServiceNow or enterprise platform delivery.
• Experience writing/maintaining automated test scripts with ServiceNow ATF.
• Ability to create clear, reproducible defect reports to drive resolution.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, and integration tests across ServiceNow development.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts in ATF.
• Coordinate with QA Manager, BAs and developers to ensure test coverage and reporting.
