Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a ServiceNow Lead/Architect to ensure the CMDB within ServiceNow is accurate, complete, and consistent. You will oversee Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations such as SCCM, Intune, and SolarWinds to populate CIs precisely.

You will champion ITAM, mentor a team of asset technicians, and align CMDB data with ITSM, ITOM, and engineering processes while driving governance and automation across the platform.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing ServiceNow CMDB, ITAM, and infrastructure architecture in large-scale environments.
• Hands-on with Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM; adept at cross-platform integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Discovery, Service Mapping, reconciliation, and integrations to ensure precise CI population.
• Maintain CMDB health by monitoring data quality and certifying data to fix gaps.
• Champion hardware and software lifecycle management (ITAM) and mentor asset technicians.
• Collaborate with ITSM, ITOM, and engineering to align CMDB with processes and changes.
• Lead governance forums and workshops to improve CMDB adoption and maturity.
• Design dashboards and reports tracking CMDB compliance and health metrics.
• Stay aligned with ServiceNow releases and implement best practices for automation.
